JuniorCoach Programs
JuniorCoach is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2018 dedicated to providing peer-to-peer free instruction for youth ages 6-22 in all areas: academics, arts, sports, and hobbies. We believe that education comes from a foundation of academic success and achievement, but also from extracurricular activities, which can supplement and diversify a student’s knowledge about the world.
JuniorCoach is about creating the necessary life skills that a child needs to succeed in the real world. Our students have gone through massive personal changes through our programs: academic grades have gone up, parents say their child is more willing to engage in new activities, and students have started to realize the payoff that hard work and practice can give. This is because they have taken the skills they learned in our programs, especially our extracurricular programs, and applied it to things in their daily life—things like school, relationships with friends and family, and other extracurriculars.
We like to call this the “extracurricular education”: the education you can’t get from formal instruction, but is so essential to the growth of a child.

AMC 8 Prep
Teacher: Ryan
Ryan is a sophomore who has qualified for AIME every year with distinction since 8th grade. He has two years of experience teaching competition math to middle schoolers through the MATHCOUNTS program at his local middle school.
This club is for students who can consistently score around a 10 on recent AMC 8s and want to be able to solve intermediate level problems (problems 11-17).

Investment Camp

About the teacher:
The process of growth from seeing to doing, to knowing, to understanding is the most important part of investment. I enjoy watching students learn and improve, and I am honored to play a small part in that progress.
I have had the privilege to successfully run several investment/Economics clubs with JuniorCoach in the past, and I am also the founder and president of my school’s investment club.
I like to use questions to probe for understanding of conceptual underpinnings. I also am a firm believer of starting investing early and keen on personal finance education for a brighter future.
